iSNARK! 176

Listen below, or download here. (41:29/37.9 MB)

The continuation of our multi-part series on the new translation of the Roman Missal, the Mass we will be celebrating beginning XI-27-11.  In this installment, we touch on the Bishops' permission to use some of the new translation early, plus breaking down changes in the Credo, Orate Frates, Preface Dialogue, and Sanctus. Links include memos from the Archdioceses of Boston, New York, and Cincinnati, regarding early use of the new translation and recommended musical settings.
We also side-step to Mass in "Ubbi-Dubbi" language (Remember the children's TV show Zoom?), and "Freeze Pops versus cigarettes!"
Don't Do This at Church
